I’m so glad to have found MedFinder, it has been life saving. The medicine I take is always out of stock and it’s extremely hard to find but MedFinder makes it easy, I don’t have the time to call pharmacies and check on to due to work but this company makes it so easy.
I had been searching for my medication for weeks with no success. I decided to try out Medfinder and they were able to find my meds within a few hours. Only thing was that pharmacy did not fill scripts from the company my doctor worked with (Telehealth company). They continued their search and found a location under 20mi from me. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is having issues finding their medications to use Medfinder. Their customer service is also top tier in my eyes. Very enthusiastic and caring people. I’ve worked as a customer service manager for years now and if I was in charge of that team I would be beyond proud of them and do all that I can to keep that morale. Awesome company.
This company continues to close the health care gap on Wegovy, and is able to assist on locating availability... with in 2 -4 hrs.. this may not be the standard baseline for others. The key point is: they do try very quickly, and text with updates. Appreciate the assist!
So grateful to have found Insito! In this era of sifting thru helping agencies & being disillusioned by all the scam artists, Insito Medfinder is a gem. I needed a specific med that’s in big demand due to shortage. Spent weeks calling multiple pharmacies as far as 50 miles away with no success other than pharmacist adding me to back order list. In just 2 days Insito found a pharmacy within 10 miles that had my medication in stock!While the cost for a single search might seem exorbitant, their fee is totally in sync with the quality of service they provide. Their staff is super-responsive & professional, answering texts within minutes & giving frequent updates of search. Truly exceeded my expectations, highly recommended!
I was skeptical of Medfinder at first, but after many frustrating days trying to find a medicine that is in short supply medicine I gave it a try. It is a terrific service and they found the medicine in a few hours. What I most like is that you are dealing with people and not just a web site, they communicate (via text) very clearly about what dosage they find, how many is available and where to pick it up. Highly recommended.
I am so grateful for this website, the customer service was fantastic and helped me with legitimately everything. I have struggled every other month for the past year trying to find my medication that continues to be on backorder. Calling around to 20+ pharmacies on my own just is not feasible with my schedule. This service is 100% worth it. Medfinder was quick, responsive, and persistent when searching for my hard to fill medication. Not only did they locate my medication in less than 48 hours, they also followed up with the pharmacy when I hit a roadblock in transferring my prescription. Medfinder then checked in with me to make sure that I was able to pick up my medication. The customer service is unmatched. I will definitely be using this service again!
