Medfinder's service has been wonderful for getting my Zepbound prescriptions filled on time. If this service didn't exist my medication schedule would have been severely interrupted multiple times. They are always incredibly helpful and friendly and I really appreciate the work they do.
I’m a skeptic, so I wasn’t sure this would work, but I was desperate - like so many of us are when our medications are out of stock and the pharmacy or the doctor can’t help you find somewhere that has it in stock. I signed up at 7:30am and only four hours later I got a text saying they had found a local pharmacy with my medication! The amount of relief I felt cannot be measured. Worth the money for my peace of mind and the great results.
I was skeptical at first, but I figured I would give it a try since my meds were back ordered everywhere, and the replacement meds made me sick. Well I signed up in the morning, and literally I got a text a few hours later in the afternoon that they found my meds. I wasn’t going to the doctor until the next day but customer service told me if it wasn’t in stock when the script was sent not to worry they would continue the search! This was a lifesaver and 100% worth it! And the customer service was excellent!! I won’t hesitate to use them again!
This service is a godsend. I have spent whole days trying to locate my son's ADHD medication, driving to as many as 6 different pharmacies with a paper script, because they can't disclose whether they have it in stock without seeing a prescription. Then his doc switched to all digital prescriptions, which meant I had no way to even ask whether a pharmacy had it. He went weeks without it. Medfinder has helped us locate his med 5 or 6 times so far, so I can tell the doctor where to send the prescription. Great customer service and communication as well.
Use this review as reassurance that this company is legit and actually exceeds expectations- they found my seemingly out of stock medication within just a few hours of signing up and put Chick-Fil-A’s customer service to shame with their incredible support team. I’m still blown away.
I was given this website since I was having a hard time finding my medication in stock. I am in the health field myself and I was calling all over trying to see which pharmacies had it and I was just over whelmed. They texted me eery step of the way to ensure that they were working hard to find my prescription and BOOM 24 hours later they found it. I needed a 90 days supply however due to the shortage the pharmacies were not supplying patients with 90 days supplies only one month at a time. No fault to medfinder. THANK YOU !!!! Highly recommend!
