Worth the Money

Most importantly, customer service is extremely responsive and helpful.Money Wise: The average call time for a pharmacy line is 20 minutes for me, half of which on hold. This service calls 20 pharmacies, saving me up to 400 minutes, or 6 hours of my time per month.

Life Saver!!!

I found out the day I ran out of my Adderall I found out it was out of stock & on back order AGAIN. I got desperate & decided to put out the money & try MedFinder especially since my doctor was getting fed up with sending my script to pharmacies that we’re out of stock bc they refused to tell me if they had it in stock due to security reasons. Within an hour they found a pharmacy with it in stock & 48 pharmacies that were out of stock, they even sent me another back up pharmacy. I like that I could watch the status of all the pharmacies they were checking with. Long story short is I got my meds from that first pharmacy & never would’ve found out the information they provided They are a life saver. If you want your meds asap just do it, seriously bc even if you waste your time & you call every single pharmacy & wait on the phone for each one they will either lie to you about if they have it in stock or straight up refuse to tell you due to security & substance abuse issues

This is a company the requires you to give them all sorts of sensitive medical information. Once you have provided them with all this sensitive information, that they can now sell to other third party companies, then they reveal that they charge $40 per search for your medicine.

Kind and diligent customer support

Initially, the website search returned a pharmacy that was very far away from me, and it looked like the majority of the ones in my area hadn't been checked. I texted the support number asking to either have the search restarted or to be refunded. They replied promptly, and within 4 hours of receiving a reply that they would restart my search, they found a new pharmacy that was much closer. Whoever I interacted with through that support number was kind, diligent, and very helpful, and even checked in to make sure I was able to pick up my meds from the new pharmacy after they'd sent it to me. I appreciate it!

Successful Experience Using Medfinder to Locate My Regular Prescription During Shortages of the Medi

On November 1, 2025 I utilized the prescription medication locating/tracking services offered my Medfinder to track down a pharmacy in my local LA area that had my regular prescription medication that I take every day and that is not supposed to be stopped suddenly. It took a couple of days as this medication is currently experiencing major nationwide shortages. But by November 3, 2025 I was texted the name, phone number, and physical address of the one pharmacy in my area (it was about 15 miles away) that currently had my medication at the dosage my doctor prescribed. I was able to call my Doctor who was aware that I was utilizing this service to find a pharmacy that had my monthly prescription in stock and she sent a prescription for my monthly supply to the pharmacy Medfinder had located and I was able to pick it up later that day without any trouble. This was an extremely helpful service for my needs last month that I will likely utilize again next month as the shortages continue. Prior to finding and using Medfinder it had been very difficult to fill my monthly prescription lately as there have been major national shortages for this medication the past couple of months. It’s been extremely challenging to try and call every potential pharmacy in my city to ask if they carry my particular medication and the dosage that my Dr prescribes. So many pharmacies are currently on back order of my medication. It’s VERY time consuming and frustrating to spend 10-20 minutes per pharmacy waiting and trying to get through their automated phone system to actually speak with a pharmacy member - especially when it turns out they are in indefinite back order of my medication. In the three months leading up to my most recent use of Medfinder, the amount of time I had to take out of my work day to call pharmacies during their business hours to try and see if they have my medication in stock amounted to several hours a day over the course of many days in a row. This leads to so much stress on my end and often leaves me without my medication for a few days at a time as I struggle to find a pharmacy within 1 hour of driving distance from my home. I can definitely recommend Medfinder to anyone in a similar situation. Even with a very hard to find medication they came through within a couple of days. And I didn’t have to worry about finding time within my workday to place the calls myself which was a tremendous relief! They were very good at keeping in touch with regular communication during their search over the 3 days from the time I initiated the search to their locating and notifying me as soon as they found a pharmacy that had my medication in stock. It was a very personalized experience that I really appreciated. They are definitely a legitimate company/resource. And I personally found the price to be reasonable considering the hours and days of time that there services saved me. I highly recommend!

Life changingly excellent

They called 50 pharmacies for me before finding one that had my prescription. I contacted them to say the pharmacy was too far away, and within an hour they found a closer one. This would have been a nightmare without Medfinder.

If I could give 6 stars

If I could give 6 stars - I would. We had called dozens of pharmacies on our own and could not find our medicine. The Medfinder staff found all 3 medicines we could not. Their communication was excellent and we could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks Medfinder on behalf of our kiddos!!!

Company doesn't tell you that it's an expensive paid service until after they've harvested all of your medical information. Once you're signed up, all of the account and help links on the page are broken, so you have to do your own independent research to figure out who the actual company to send an order to delete your information to.

A Sigh of Relief

I was backed into a no-win corner when I couldn't get my meds from my handful of go-to pharmacies. I felt completely done with struggling to find meds - these past few years haver been exhausting. In desperation, I found Medfinder through an on-line search, and decided to take a chance. It was worth it! It felt like a miracle, quite frankly. The process was seamless, and I had my meds in hand 2 days later. Many thanks to Medfinder!
