It works!!

I was skeptical and it took me several weeks and some research, however I’m so glad I signed up because it works. Walgreens held my prescription for three months and within an hour Medfinder found the first pharmacy and when that one didn’t have the med in stock they quickly found another pharmacy that filled the prescription. I’ll definitely use this service again and I wish I had found out about it sooner.

It truly works!

Initially skeptical, it took me weeks of research, but I'm so glad I signed up because it works. After Walgreens held my prescription for three months, this service found the first pharmacy within an hour, and when that one didn’t have the medication in stock, they quickly located another pharmacy that filled the prescription. I will definitely use this service again and wish I had discovered it sooner.

SO WORTH IT!!

SO WORTH IT!!! There is nothing worse than having to play the guessing game calling multiple pharmacies and feeling like the search will be endless. They contacted over 45 pharmacies in my area in a little over an hour, and found multiple pharmacies with my medication in stock!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great customer service, helpful and friendly!

I use them every month to find my medication that is usually impossible to find. They do a great job locating my medications within reasonable locations. Yesterday, I was able to speak with someone directly regarding my specific situation and some specific pharmacies I needed to check and they did just that. I was pleasantly surprised to find someone actually responded to my text message. I wasn’t expecting that. They ended up finding the meds I needed in time so I didn’t run out. I picked them up last night, no issues. Customer service is great and very helpful and friendly!

Found my back-ordered medication in 24 hours

I’d been without my medication for a week and every pharmacy I called told me the same thing: no stock and no updates. I submitted a request to MedFinder around 3 p.m. The first search turned up one possible pharmacy, but when I called to verify, they didn’t actually have it.MedFinder didn’t stop there—they escalated the search to their team and by about 4 p.m. the next day, they found a pharmacy that did have my medication in stock. This was during a manufacturer backorder, so finding anything at all felt impossible.I’m not sure if MedFinder even asks about insurance, and I didn’t include that in my search because this wasn’t an insurance issue. The pharmacy they found didn’t take insurance anyway, but I’ll submit the claim myself. Once they located it, I had my prescriber send the script over and picked it up the next day.Overall, I’m genuinely impressed. MedFinder found what I couldn’t, and they did it in about 24 hours. Their persistence made all the difference.

Great experience with MedFinder

Great experience with MedFinder. I had spent 2 hours out of my work day to call pharmacies for my medication that is always in shortage, and they were able to find it within hours. Totally worth the price to remove all the hassle, time waste and loss of productivity when I can’t get my medication.
