The absolutely never answer the phone. You call and then get a text message saying sorry we missed you call, how can we help. I had paid the $19 and then my employer was going to pay for it. I called, emailed and text and NOTHING. Refund policy says 3 days and so much of the work done. I had not done any work as this was the SAME DAY. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to get my refund. I AM SO MAD.

Medical Prep has been really good for me. I like that it’s online and self-paced because I can work on it whenever I have time and not feel rushed. The lessons are easy to understand, and it’s helped me feel more confident about going into the medical field. I’d definitely recommend it if you want something flexible and straightforward!!! deff recommend!!
I tried to get a refund the first couple of days within the stated refund days. They refused and just took 300$ off my total price. Then the program was just pdf slides so I couldn’t even use the pop ups. Once I got to the point of needing the exam, they wouldn’t give it to me. It’s been two months and still nothing. Now I can’t even access the private chat deal to ask the instructor what’s going on. I’ve emailed them and nothing. Definitely a waste of money and a total scam.
