This American company fails to support its product. Perhaps because it’s made overseas. When the poorly designed zipper broke, the company refused to help without proof of purchase. I won't buy from them again. Their management could learn a lot about customer service by observing more reputable brands. I just wanted a zipper replacement, which I would have paid for, but they wouldn't assist.

I was six months past the warranty, but my previous bag lasted over 20 years and has flown many times without issue. I contacted the company, but they dismissed my concerns and stated it was outside of warranty. Their customer service response was lackluster. I will never purchase from them again; the product and service are subpar.
I wish I could give zero stars. The zipper on my soft cooler broke after about a year and a half, and the company did nothing to help. Given the price, the product is not worth it. A competing brand’s zipper is significantly better. Avoid this product.
