Regretful purchase

I paid way too much for this cooler, only to see it fall apart. I suggest going to a yard sale and buying a cheaper one to save your money.

Weak cooler and limited warranty

Advertised as an 'Ultra-Tough Soft Cooler', it doesn't live up to the durability claim. After light use, my zipper broke and couldn't be fixed. Unfortunately, it was past their short warranty period. Most coolers are used infrequently, so this warranty reflects a lack of trust in their products' durability. There must be a better alternative to consider.

Customer service disappointment

This American company fails to support its product. Perhaps because it’s made overseas. When the poorly designed zipper broke, the company refused to help without proof of purchase. I won't buy from them again. Their management could learn a lot about customer service by observing more reputable brands. I just wanted a zipper replacement, which I would have paid for, but they wouldn't assist.

Frustrating customer service experience

I'm disappointed with my recent interaction regarding my cooler, which I bought in 2020. It had been reliable until the zipper failed. I hoped it could be repaired under warranty, but I was told it no longer qualifies. The representative suggested I discard the cooler and buy a new one, which feels wasteful, especially since the cooler is otherwise in good condition. As a loyal customer, I expected more understanding and support. It’s disheartening to feel that a brand I trusted doesn't back its products in such situations.

Issues with the cooler and service

I bought an ultra-tough soft cooler two years ago, and the lid is coming unglued. The customer service only suggested I re-glue it myself. I own three other coolers from a different brand, and while they are pricier, their quality and customer service are far superior. I'm now considering a larger backpack cooler, and this brand is off my list.

Zipper failure in the first month

The zipper broke within the first month of use. The warranty is essentially useless. Overall, it's overpriced junk.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I purchased a rolling duffle bag and used it four times for travel. On the fifth use, the main seam split, rendering the bag unusable. I was six months past the warranty, but my previous bag lasted over 20 years and has flown many times without issue. I contacted the company, but they dismissed my concerns and stated it was outside of warranty. Their customer service response was lackluster. I will never purchase from them again; the product and service are subpar.

Zero stars would be better

I wish I could give zero stars. The zipper on my soft cooler broke after about a year and a half, and the company did nothing to help. Given the price, the product is not worth it. A competing brand’s zipper is significantly better. Avoid this product.
