I made an order on November 6, 2025, and it’s now January 15, 2026, with no sign of delivery. Initially, the support team responded quickly and said they would send a replacement. Unfortunately, the second shipment never showed up either. The tracking just stops at an unknown location in the US. When I requested a refund, I was turned down, and now I’m receiving no further communication.

I placed a pricey order two months ago and have yet to receive it. The tracking shows my order stuck at a facility just a short distance away for over a month. When I requested a refund, I was told no. Instead, they shipped a second order just ten minutes after my refund request. It’s clear this service is not legitimate. The first shipment was supposed to come from one country, and the second from another, all within minutes of my refund inquiry. I feel completely scammed. AVOID THIS SELLER.

I doubt I would receive it anyway. It seems the website and products are just a scam designed to take your money!
Avoid this website! I bought a wireless magnetic charger for $49, and the quality is terrible! It barely charges my phone and the magnet is weak. There’s also a clicking noise when shaken. The delivery took forever and came from another country. When I tried to return it for a full refund, my request was denied, and they kept offering small reimbursements instead. They clearly don’t adhere to their own return policy.
I received three rolls of 'Carbon Fiber' that were nothing like what was advertised. I tried to reach out to them using their contact information, which turned out to be useless. I used a payment service to file a claim—always use that option!
