Slippery snakes

Dealing with Medicash is akin to wrestling with an eel. Incredible what they will seemingly do to wriggle their way out of paying for a claim. Thankfully it is my employer that pays for the policy. I would be immediately cancelling if it were coming out of my pocket.

i have used Medicash for years

i have used Medicash for years, firstly when I worked as a government administrator in 1985, for over 40 years now. I arranged to continue paying my subs when I retired. I pay a sum each month and claim for various things I may have paid out. At present I regularly claim for dentistry, chiropody, reflexology and spectacles. If I remember to claim within 6 months of service, I almost always receive more than I pay out. They are very fair and I can certainly recommend Medicash.

Online - better than using paper claim form.

I used to print off & complete a paper claim form. But it's much easier to do it online & it avoids delay, & saves postage. Claims are paid direct to bank & very quickly, provided receipts are attached & are in order.
