The App is terrible

The App is terrible, I submitted a claim and couldn’t get out of the page. I clicked the back arrow and this didn’t respond. Clicked the home icon and this asked if I wanted to cancel the claim. I have had to delete the app and reinstall- then it asks are you an existing customer or new?, I responded existing and then I had to register again- so frustrating!

Rubbish..

Rubbish... you submit receipt and you get asked to upload again with all the details when these are already on there!! Takes forever staff don't know what there doing!! Emails take forever horrendous service

I had dental treatment for a broken tooth. I claimed benefit from Medicash using their website. The process was simple and the claim was paid within a week.
