7 days for a £20 claim??? REALLY 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Firstly you should change your claim responses to 7-14 working days as on more than one occasion i’ve submitted a claim and it’s taken way over 5 days… also the benefits table isn’t clear… contemplating opting out of this with my company as I get a hefty deduction for what I can only class as not even average customer service… 🙄🙄🙄

Medicash manage claims in an efficient, prompt manner. Using the online claims form is easier to complete and upload onto it relevant documents required. The money is paid into my bank account and invoice sent in email to me.
