DO NOT BUY!!! Over priced and a NO REFUND Policy! My wife spent $2600.00 dollars and after she realized it was money we couldn't afford we attempted to get a refund which the sales person told us the don't do refunds, they do adjustments and they were not going to refund our money!?! Do yourself a favor and research this company before you set foot in their stores!
I have been wearing Good Feet orthotics for 23years. I have feet that orthopedics told me are deformed. Over the years I have been sent to podiatrists. Two of them had custom orthotics made for me. Neither pair relieved my foot pain like Good Feet orthotics. If it was not for them I would not have been able to finish my last 23 years as a hospital RN.
I was looking for pull-on arch supports akin to a well-known brand. The staff tried to convince me that I needed to undergo measurements and provided excessive details. I felt it was a scam. I can find these supports easily online, and given my high arches, I require two for each foot.
The company could improve by significantly lowering prices, offering a wider range of products, and avoiding deceptive practices. They use a device that enhances the feel of the inserts temporarily, but they become uncomfortable when worn later. The cost of the product is exorbitant, and it simply does not deliver results.
Trying on the insoles exacerbated my foot pain. The representative claimed the discomfort was due to my foot condition. By the time I left, my feet were tingling and in pain. These insoles are not custom-made; they are generated from a mold. Despite his efforts to sell me a pair, I was not convinced they would help.
I had a fantastic experience at the store. The representative was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was patient and personable. He even followed up to check on my progress and sent a thoughtful thank you.
I went in looking for pull-on arch supports similar to a popular brand. They tried to convince me I needed to be measured and provided a lot of unnecessary information. I sensed it was a scam. I can find these pull-on arch supports online. With my high arches, I require two for each foot.
My elderly mother sought relief for her pain and was quoted an outrageous price. They exploit personal information and take advantage of seniors. I believe there should be more awareness about the practices of this company, as they are taking advantage of those in need.
It quickly became apparent that this company prioritizes profit over customer care. They claim to help alleviate pain but sell overpriced products that are essentially just plastic. They take advantage of vulnerable individuals, and the prices are unjustifiable. You will likely regret your purchase, as they do not offer refunds and focus more on making sales than customer satisfaction.
The representative at the store provided exceptional service! My feet have felt so much better lately, and I noticed improvements quickly. The instructions for getting started were easy to follow, and financing options were a nice bonus. I highly recommend visiting this store for help.
