Not sure about the "next size up" advice

I love them and they are great feeling, but, after wearing them they get- bigger- and sadly I took the advice from reviews and bought the next size up and upon wearing them learned that they are too big - I have already washed all 10 pairs so I am just going to deal with them as I was so confident that that they originally fit well that I threw all my old undies away.

Great customer service

I accidentally selected the wrong size when I ordered. I emailed the company and it was very quickly rectified!!! So happy. I received my order and loved the new colors. This is my second order. I can’t wait to see what other colors are released so I can order more!
