So Surprised

I've been trying to make an exchange…

I've been trying to make an exchange for size and they haven't sent me the return label yet. Its been 9 days, They offered 30% partial refund. I am requesting a full refund right now since I can't seem to return/exchange the items for a different size.

Big scam, small products, can't return and get a refund

I bought some pants in two styles. Went a size up as suggested. They are tiny and no where near the size they should be - I would reckon 3 sizes too small than my actual size. They say I can't return them, because they are moving distribution centres and couldn't give an address. Said I could send them to the US, with no address. Also started off offering 30% back, like other scams I have seen, then upped to 50%. I would not recommend them at all.

Underwear exactly as advertised

Customer service was quick to respond when I needed to exchange a bra for the next size up, and sent notices when items shipped.The bra sizing for the style I wanted ran extremely small unfortunately even for the XL.The underwear though...amazing! Super soft, very comfortable. I sadly have meno belly so was happy that the underwear did not roll down or ride up! And as advertised, it kept me dry and no natural body smell. The underwear is worth purchasing
