Review Time
I just received the product so don't have a review for those yet, but the shopping experience was very easy. When I received the product though, the tags on a handful of items said XXL and I ordered a small. They did not look large, so I tried one on and it seems to be a small. That was a little odd, but it seems the incorrect tags were put on a handful of my items.
I am honestly shocked by the difference in these underwear. Normally, if I have to drive for more than an hour, I end up sweating like crazy. The other day I had a long trip to the dentist, and when I got back, I could not believe it they were completely dry. They are also so very soft and comfortable. I just ordered 16 new pair.
First of all, Customer Service is amazing. I had an issue with a size I ordered wrong and they were overly understanding and fixed the issue immediately. The product is amazing. I went up a size and the fit is perfect. The quality is amazing, they wash wonderful. Very comfortable, I am going to order some for my mother for Christmas.
Customer service was phenomenal. Originally my order was for 6 medium bikini panties, I tried 2 pair, but sadly didn’t love the fit. When I reached out to customer service, they were responsive and super helpful. They replaced the 4 new pairs with 2 large bikini and 2 large thongs and I love them. I will definitely order again. They are comfortable as well as breathable. If you don’t like snug panties-order a size up. Thank you ❤️
