I wasn't even informed that I was purchasing from overseas at the time of my order. This has been the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. I'm still waiting for a response from the support team.
I placed my order on November 28, and I still haven’t received my parcel. I was informed that they are conducting a parcel investigation, but that was on December 10! I have to keep following up with them. There’s still no parcel and no refund!

Nearly half of my refund is missing, and after more than a month, the issue is still unresolved. They allowed fees to be deducted from my refund instead of absorbing those costs, meaning I received less than what the law requires. Any commissions, mismanagement, or issues with payment processing are the store’s responsibility, not the customer’s. This is not a misunderstanding but a failure to comply with basic consumer protection standards. I have explained the issue repeatedly, and they continue to claim they “don’t understand,” which is either incompetence or deliberate stalling. Key issues for international buyers: • No transparent refund process for international customers • No support for return shipping costs, making returns costly • Took 20 days to issue an incomplete refund • Over a month later, they still haven’t paid what they owe. This is about legality, accountability, and respect. Please resolve this and issue the full refund owed.
This is the worst company I have dealt with. I normally don’t exaggerate, but I paid £60 and never received my item. They told me to contact the courier myself, as if that’s my responsibility. I never got a refund or any response. I would advise against purchasing from here.
I ordered a pair of jeans in the smallest size, but they were way too long for me (I’m 164cm). I returned them (which cost me €15.56) and waited for 2-3 months. When I followed up, I found out they wouldn’t refund me because of a stain on the jeans that I didn’t cause.

The ski pants were not true to size; I’m a size 10, and they were way too small! I returned them on November 10 via tracked return and have only received an automated response. I understand it’s Christmas, but this is very disappointing! I also had to cover the return shipping costs without any acknowledgment of receipt. Terrible service.
This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I have no information about the delivery of an order worth €250, and I haven’t received any answers from customer service. I’ve sent three emails without a response. I will try to get my money back. Avoid this site.
