The M/L sized ski jacket was really small across the shoulders. When going to return it, I discovered (after writing to them as the returns portal would not work for me) that if you are not in the EU there is no easy way to return. We have to bear the whole cost of shipping to the Netherlands. I wish I had known this at the time of ordering but I did it straight from Instagram so did not dig around the website to find this out. (It feels like a product you buy from China, not knowing it is from China, that is then very tricky and expensive to return). The product itself is cool and I wish it fitted. It's really annoying though when a brand looks like it is local but turns out to be international and very complicated/expensive to return things to.
I placed a very large order with Meet Me There on July 13 and it is now October 7 and all I’ve received is an email with tracking info for my package (I received this email on August 21). I tried to contact the courier service (FedEx) but there is nowhere to do so. I have sent many emails to Meet Me There and so far, I’ve had an awful experience with them replying very vaguely about the state of my package, claiming it’s up to the courier service to provide any further information. I said that I don’t know how to contact FedEx as it doesn’t give me an option and they replied with the same answer stating that I must get in contact with the courier service as they have my package. The customer service is non existent and I am thoroughly outraged at how long this package has taken to ship and am starting to believe this whole company is a total scam. I am very frustrated as I ordered these clothes a month before my vacation so that they were sure to be here in time for my departure date. They obviously were not and I have no clue when they’ll be here now. Customer service for this company is a joke. They also have not offered me any discount even after the lengthy wait for my package and terrible customer service. Do better, Meet Me There. My order number: #2439412
don't buy here-My experience with this company was quite poor and very misleading concerning their shipping policies and calculations. The shipping calculation system was inconsistent and unreliable. The total cost fluctuated strangely when changing the website's language. The primary issue was the advertised free shipping for orders over €75. When I was initially eligible for the free shipping, I decided to wait a day before completing my purchase. The next day, the same basket was suddenly showing a shipping cost over €180, which is outrageously high and far exceeded the advertised rate. I immediately emailed customer service about this substantial discrepancy, believing it to be a glitch. However, I received absolutely no response. I proceeded with the purchase anyway, spending much more than I had hoped for. I am now still waiting for my package days later, well past what I expected.I would not recommend buying from this company due to the misleading pricing, lack of customer support, and slow fulfilment process.
Ordered an “in stock” item with delivery in 1–2 business days. No proactive notice of any delay. After I chased them, they claimed “out of stock” — then shipped the order the same day I asked to cancel. My emails requesting expedited delivery/address change were ignored, forcing a 6-hour round trip to deal with the parcel. The blouse arrived defective (overstretched elastic, gaping). Their “solution” was 30% off or that I pay return costs while they decide if the item is “acceptable” — which is not how EU/Dutch consumer law works.Worst issues:Missed the promised 1–2 business-day delivery.Misleading stock information (“out of stock” yet shipped immediately after my cancellation request).Ignored at least three clear emails, including my attempt to mitigate (faster shipping/address change).Product not conforming on arrival (defect).Refused a proper remedy (full refund + seller-paid return), offering only a discount or buyer-paid return.Legal note (plain English): Under EU Consumer Rights (2011/83/EU) and EU Sale of Goods (2019/771), as implemented in the Netherlands (BW Book 6 & 7), missed delivery promises and non-conforming goods require a full refund with seller-paid return. This company did not comply.
I am very unhappy with the level of service provided by this company. After NOT receiving the package at home as scheduled and informed, I did NOT receive any package retrieval information until I managed to figure out how to get in touch with Meet-Me-There directly. That was unusually difficult on the website (no contact info in emails). I received my first pick-up information, with the note that I had to drive to a completely other municipality (for an hour!) to pick up this package within only THREE days, or the package would be returned... This is the opposite of convenient or any form of service, so I am very disappointed.
I placed an order on 15th of sep. It’s now thw night on 19 of sep and I still haven’t recieved any tracking updates at all, not even a mail with confirmation that my package is being prepared, nothing. If meet me there sees this, what is going and what are you doing? MMT is like an ish big company and I have seen sooo many people not getting their orders. I am so disappointed, Im soo wxcited for what i bought but now I just feel scammed!!

I have read reviews of girls that got their orders delayed due to insufficient stock. Since the sample sale is coming up I would like to know if my order will be delivered before that (Saturday)? As I would not like to have my order cancelled if my clothes are sold at the sample sale. At the same time, I guess it would be better for you guys to sell the items at full price to me, instead of sample sale price? Lastly, I am going on holidays on Thursday, for a week. Will the order arrive before that? Since most of the clothes are summer season, I would like to be able to wear them for the holiday. Thank youuu
