I had a great experience from start to finish. Someone was there to take me to the airport as soon as I parked up, and on the way back they were there ready and waiting. I'd genuinely recommend this company especially if you don't want to pay extortionate parking prices for the airport
I wish there was an option for no star at all. I left my car overnight and because I was rushing to catch the airplane I forgot my wallet in the car, in the console, so not on view. Guess what! When I returned there was no wallet! And even better, they parked my car conveniently in a place where you can't see on CCTV. I'm sure it was all planned by their employees!
If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Me and my friend paid for meet and greet parking through this website before our holiday, first of all the meeting and finding them in the car park was horrendous, unclear instructions given and none of the attendants even knew what we were talking about when we were asking where to go. Was very worried after this about leaving my car but had no choice. On return to Luton we went to the same place expecting to find my car hence the meet and greet however we were met by a man who told us to follow him and get in the car! As we had no other choice we did, this van itself was disgusting and then man driving didn’t even know he had to out the handbrake down to drive off my friend had to tell him! There was also another customer in the car as well. We were then taken at least 20 minutes away to a random location, which they did not say even though we repeatedly asked, and would only say another few minutes leaving us worried. We finally got to our car and were happy to get on our way home! Since then I have had a parking fine come through for the day after I dropped my car off for an entirely different location to where I picked my car up from! I find this completely disgusting and have now contacted the company themselves.

The most disgusting service ever! Left the car with these people away from the airport in some run down car park by the showroom building at Leagrave Rd in Luton. Had to leave the car keys with them - no receipt was offered, no paperwork to sign. The lift to the airport was slow and definitely not friendly - they dropped us off to the Mid Stay car park where we had to take the official Luton Airport bus to transport us to the terminal. Upon arrival from holidays we have waited for two hours to be picked up - they didn’t answer their phones and eventually when we managed to get through to them - all they said was “wait”. When we got back to the car - it seemed okay. Although at home we have reviewed the dash cam footage and a lot of information unveiled: they re-parked the car to Luton NCP car park, but then they’ve used it to drop some kids (presumably theirs) off to school, picked up and dropped off some clients from the airport to their cars. Surely they weren’t insured to do all of these things while driving our car. We’ve reported this matter to the police. Don’t entrust your car to these people as they are unprofessional, no manners and they will exploit your car whilst you’re away as they please!
