Review Time
There are so many luton meet and greet companies. This review relates to S2A. AVOID This is NOT meet and greet. I had to wait 50 minutes for my car to be returned at midnight, in an area when many males were just loitering around. I still had a 2 hour drive to get home. I repeat - this is NOT a meet and greet. An off site car park would be quicker to retrieve your car. Its also impossible to complain. ALL emails for this company just bounce back to sender. They are now ignoring my attempts to contact them on their "chat" service too.
Hi there, firstly the post code was the wrong post code for the entrance to the car park. Then when we did find the entrance we had a long wait for someone to open up. All this added considerable time to what we thought would be a simple 'drop off'. One back in the uk I rung ahead to say we had landed. I was told to walk back to where we were dropped and our drive would pick us up. Having got back to the drop off point we waited for 20 minutes. I called back and was told that a text message had been sent and we were to get a taxi to the yard where our car was. Again the post code was wrong for the taxi driver. We got back to the yard. There was on one there. The gate was unlocked. I opened to gate and stood by our car. We waited at 1am in the morning in the cold for another 20 or so minutes. I called back and was told that a driver was on his way. I then get a call from your driver to say he is at the pick up point and where are we. He had some trouble understanding we were now back with our car. We waited in the cold another 15 minutes or so whilst he drove to the yard. He apologised and said he had spoken to his boss and the company would be happy to refund the taxi fare and I should call the following day. I called but was told that the number I had called was only a driver dispatch point there was no one available to talk to.
