Review Time
Absolutely rubbish company. Tell you to call 30 minutes before you get there so they can collect, we arrived and had to wait for a further 22 minutes for them to come to collect the car from us which resulted in us getting a larger parking fee for staying over the allotted drop off time. Then when we arrived back at the airport we called them straight away. We waited 40 minutes and still no sign and was told that the car would be 5 minutes when I called again. Another 20 minutes later he called to say he was on his way and would be 5 minutes. He turned up 20 minutes later and didn't even apologise for the delay. Absolutely shocking service and communication and we will not be using again, and definitely not recommending to anyone.
DO NOT USEAwful service. had to wait an hour and a half for my car to be brought to me after my flight. Called over 5 times to chase but each time was told the driver would be 10 minutes. Was nearly at the stage of calling the police to inform them they had stolen my car. Will also be informing Luton Airport Authority as they shouldn't be letting them operate such a poor unreliable service.
Made to wait 45 min when getting to the airport and leaving the airport when it states only 20 min on the website. They also had no sense of time they kept saying 5 min rather then how long it would actually take, blaming traffic which there was none. Some people missed their flight, if they had been honest at the start they could have ubered and got to their flight. The one posotive is that they didn't charge for the extra few hours of parking, due to a delay in flight. I reccomend calling them to pick you up as soon as you touch down to prevent any delays.
Complete waste of time. Booked through a comparison website, incorrect information on there paperwork about where to meet, over 1 hour waiting and complaint email address bounced back. Was informed by Luton Airport this company was not approved to work for airport. Please use other's, approved by Luton Airport
Good morning,First of all, it's really difficult to find the methodology to make a complaint (almost like it's meant to discourage people to do one).Their service location is wrong on the map for the Luton APL meet and Greet, so that cost me unnecessarily 5£ when I was aiming to park APL - Meet and Greet - Non-Flex. They shoul adjust it to suit on the map to prevent other people going through meet and greet unncessarily when having to park for a week or more. Interested to see if I will get a discount.Second, once the car was dropped off by me until I picked it up, it travelled 13 miles? I understand that the final car park was further away and on the 3rd floor of the terminal car park (not the meet and greet as written in the booking confirmation and showing on their map - reference to the above mentioned 5£) is simply the pick up and drop off point of the car, but why did the driver go through my personal stuff in the car (specifically the arm rest storage) and took out all the phone charging cables? How long did the driver keep the car running to charge is device/devices? To top it all off, as soon as I picked up the car, I found a new error on the dashboard, air bag fault. What did the driver do? I will take it to a mechanic so understand what's what (maybe it's just a dashboard error) but will they be compensating me for this?This complain was also issued to Sky park (skyparksecure/contact ) and they requested proof , which after providing them with proof (i had attached pictures showing miles travelled and new error in dashboard, didn't take on of the cables that were out of place), they directed me to customerservices@airportparkluton ? What is happening? They are purposely sending you to chase "Unicorns" and not be able to issue a complaint. I eagerly expect to receive their response response.Regards,
Dropped my car off on the 25th September took pictures of car with no damage that evening my phone was ping saying windows was open and car unlocked looked were the car was it was in Luton car park by G Casino. So then I looked at it again and the car was driven to markyate and left. picked it up a week later and had to dents on the car so I asked them about it they said they were on there when the car was dropped off. So I got the pictures up that are timed and got location aswel. They said they would get back in 7 day and still waiting for a answer. Jokes
If there was a zero star I would give it! Mid stay carpark is not a 5 minute walk it’s 15 at marathon pace! Arrived and gave them the 30 minutes notice so I could pick up my car .. 30 minutes later no car! Called again and it’s delayed at their end and will be another 20 minutes Do NOT use this company
We used the Meet and greet service for the first time last month. The car collection at mid stay car park was seamless. When we arrived back at the airport I rang when we collected our cases and was told our car would be ready to collect in 30 minutes. We went to the mid stay car park and, after a few phone calls when we were told our car was taking longer to get to us because it was blocked in, our car eventually arrived after about 50 minutes. The driver was walking away when my husband turned on the ignition and there was a warning that one of the rear tyres had 14PSI pressure in (it should be 34PSI), the other rear tyre had 42PSI, so very high. We can only assume our tyre had developed a slow puncture and someone had realised this and put pressure in the wrong tyre. I emailed the company explaining my concerns that the car was handed back to us in an condition that was unsafe to drive and my assumption that there had been an attempt to rectify the low tyre pressure but this had been done incorrectly. I also said in no way did I hold the company responsible for the slow puncture but was dismayed that this wasn't highlighted to us when the car was returned to us. In addition to the above the car was externally very dirty. The tyre pressures were correct when the car was dropped off and the car was cleaned on the day we drove to the airport. I still have not received a response to my email addressing my concerns, despite sending several emails. I would certainly advised against anyone using this service and will not be using Meet and Greet Luton Airport again in the future. I was hoping not to have to write a derogatory review as this is something I really dislike but feel I was left with no alternative due to the lack of resolution or apology from the company.
Really disappointing experience. They left us waiting at drop off and then made us pay the barrier fees, which were not disclosed in any of the emails. On returning to Luton we were left waiting for 45 mins in the cold despite calling them 30 mins prior to us leaving the airport. Terrible experience. DONOT USE!
Absolutely terrible. Its not "meet and greet" as I know it. Its 15 mins from the airport and despite informing them well in advance, you will wait uo to an hour each way in the middle of a car park which has no attendance from them. I can't express how bad the service is. They are also rude
