Diverse had sent me an overview video about a referral partnership a couple months ago. After watching it, I wanted to sign up. They’re targeting the same motivated sellers I've wanted to target for years. Because they have to build out all of the personalized marketing and I had to film a video. I anticipated it to take longer, but I already got 3 referrals and I just listed the one for over 700k.
Diverse has been amazing this year, when my sphere seems to have slowed. They tee everything up and all I’ve had to do is answer the phone and follow up like normal.
