At Mega Image Copou ,Iasi,there is a very amable gentelman,at 50 years old, maybe , i admired that he put to all clients the products into the plastic bag,personally,after they pay the products.Also, he is very kind with everybody ,and move very fast. Once again,we can notice that ,people like him are important for a busiiness,also he is not very young.Congrats!

Today v,Asians,a family of 3 visited mega image.v often go to there for shopping.when v were self paying,an old lady from megs image came to us and said u r paying wrong.oranges doesn't cost 7.49 per kg.She Said,it costs 13.49 Ron per kg.i told her to check the original price,it costs 7.49 Ron per kg.she tried just to humiliate us said no just becoz of ur daughter,I will give u these oranges cheap.becoz when her colleague checked the price,it was 7.49 Ron per kg.just to cover her bad behaviour with foreigners,she didn't confess her mistake.v r educated people,travelled alot.v r not theives.this was highly disgusting and insulting attitude
Location Piata Amzei ( the location that re-opened)The attitude of the staff at this location is so unacceptable that it deserves to be highlighted as a serious management issue.The cashier not only rudely instructed me where I “should” stand at the checkout, as if I were incapable of making such a decision, but also used an unfriendly, almost aggressive tone. Eye-rolling, exasperated sighs, and an overall unprofessional approach seem to be the norm in this store.Even worse, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was met with the same dismissive and disrespectful attitude from Ms. Margareta, as if I were causing an unnecessary disturbance rather than simply expecting the respect and professionalism that any paying customer deserves. Being treated as if you are “taking the merchandise for free” in a store where you are, in fact, a customer, is not only insulting but also a clear sign of a deep-rooted disregard for customer service.If this behavior is tolerated and left unaddressed, it is clear that this location has completely lost sight of what customer service should be.
Mega Image Cotroceni is everything a store should not be.. Starting with hygene especially at thea bread area where everyone can touch the bread with dirty hands and no one says a word. Employees are rude.,Poor products selection. No organic foods or too few choices especially if they are promoting their own brand, Everything overpriced. No acces ramp for disabled people. Entrance doors are dirty. Self service payement is not working for more then 6 month and is always very busy at the cash register. People from Cotroceni need to take the car and go shopping to other supermarkets to find quality food. Very Very dissapointing
