call it what you want, i say it's partially them messing around with win/loss ratio and partially just bad luck on my end. regardless, time and time again for over a year I make my stop here at megabonanza and i do my deposit whether it be 50, 40, 20, 10. I spin and play sicbo, blackjack. every single time for a year (at least twice a month) they let me get up to above redemption minimum and i mean they let me get to the very minimum but the second I pass that invisible line, BOOM! no wins, my bonuses are coming in at $3 after spinning .50 cents for 50+ rounds. At the start I had major doubts about this site on the payouts. Haven’t won a huge win for example 1,000 plus. But have definitely won some solid wins valuing at at least $100 or more. A consistent win site so far and will keep playing in the future
Hello 👋 I have contacted customer support numerous of times the customer service did not help are answer my question. It has been almost 2 weeks no answer. I have mailed out sweepstakes envelopes in July 2025. The sweepstakes rules said it takes 3 months to be credited and has been 4 months now. This casino refuses to actually help. I was told to contact support which I did and give them all of my information which I have done. Nothing has been done on their behalf
