I had to show you it wasn’t the final stages and then you told me that I played it it’s just gone disappear no trace no proof I am very very unhappy never play that game again as far as I see you want me to things that you tell me even if I won it twice in one week unless it says different in the rules which it doesn’t I think I’m entitled that money. I feel cheated by this company, having spent a significant amount of money only to lose it all due to misleading claims and manipulated jackpots. I demand a full refund. I even paid an additional fee to participate in the jackpots, expecting to win cash, not credits. This is clearly false advertising, and I have a lawsuit ongoing against this company. I've lost track of how often I've submitted my information to the service in hopes of receiving my winnings. They no longer support my area, but I reside in a different state and have provided my bank statement and vehicle registration as proof. I really don’t want to rate at all, but I’m compelled to share my thoughts. I will be updating my rating based on my experience with the service. I was quite disappointed. It was hard to believe how much it affected me, especially since I was in need of the money. The only reason I played that day was because of my financial situation, so it’s puzzling why they couldn’t resolve my issue and credit my account without complications. It felt unjust, especially since the payout was significant, and I ultimately didn’t receive it. They did refund my five purchases, but I’m unsure what that was about. I’m just hoping to get some additional funds, as I have six children and seven grandchildren. Currently, I’m giving them a 3-star rating because I received a message indicating they would investigate my funds added to the game and the winnings. I provided an update regarding the information they requested to understand what went wrong. I did make a mistake by creating two accounts, but I never utilized any bonuses or free plays on either account, and I've spent hundreds, possibly even a thousand dollars. When I won, they did process my payout but stated they would close the account associated with my winnings and left the other account open, despite claiming that having two accounts would result in both being closed. I feel they used this as an excuse not to pay me, especially since I’ve invested a significant amount. I haven’t heard back from them since, and I plan to revisit this issue.
