Best Customer Service for any online site

Worked with Caitlin to come to a satisfactory conclusion for a product that came dead-on-delivery with no support from the manufacturer. It was nice to have Meh stand behind a product when the manufacturer refused to respond to support requests. Caitlin helped avoid adding to the disappointment by providing incredible, fast service.

It's easy to like a company when everything goes well. But when things go sideways is when you find out how much they really care about your patronage. I had a small issue with one of my orders, and Caitlin was quick to get it sorted without any roundaround or hassle whatsoever. MEH… anything but mediocre.

MEH may joke about being mediocre, but their customer service is anything but. I have been a happy customer of theirs for years and am happy to say they are amazing at supporting their customers.
