Very bad customer experience.Ordered twice from this company once they put the labels wrongly and instead of getting delivered to me parcel got delivered back to the store and issue was resolved after huge stress.On the second occasion I ordered and slightly entered the address without my apartment number and I immediately updated the address within 5 minutes of order confirmation and was order was misdelivered.I have not received my order.Worst customer experience.Instead of offering help some blamed me for the incident.
I have purchased several pieces of jewelry for my niece and daughter here it is super trendy for teenagers and adults. The quality is great for the price point and I can see the styles being popular for several years to come. I will continue to shop here often!
Purchased a necklace and matching bracelet and they started to turn bronze. It’s supposedly high quality jewelry and gold vermeil plated. I’ve purchased less expensive jewelry that has not turned colors. For the price it doesn’t seem like high quality jewelry.
I had a great experience shopping in the NY store friendly approachable staff without the hard sell. The item I wanted wasn’t available in store but quick and easy online free delivery was offered and I couldn’t fault any of it communication right through to delivery really was 5 star ⭐
I had a great experience getting my ears pierced at the in-store piercing studio! I felt comfortable and honestly experienced little pain during the appt. I would recommend getting your ears pierced here as it’s a much better experience than I’ve had at any other studio in the past.
