Ordered a £800 made to order ring with a promise of getting it in 4 to 6 weeks. After 4 weeks have past they send me an automatic email warning me that the ring will get delayed 4 more weeks on top. They give me a new dispatch date. I don't receive any shipping confirmation in that date so AGAIN, I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM to ask what is happening. They reply giving me ANOTHER 6 ADITIONAL WEEKS to deliver it. After 2 month waiting I am forced to cancel the order. They had my money for two months with no intention to deliver the goods. DODGY COMPANY.
You guys are always great. I prefer to buy anything from you rather than travel pillar to post in a mall. I just trust your distinctive styles. True story - I was in New Brunswick at my new dentist. She kept looking at my bracelet and asked where I got such a delicate design. I answered that it came from a unique kind of place -Mejuri. She said oh yes! I know it. I came here from Toronto. We laughed. What are the chances!
As customers, we feel this situation reflects a bait-and-switch tactic. We made our purchase based on the understanding that a certain warranty would apply, only to find that this was altered afterwards. Due to this experience, we have decided not to make any future purchases from your company, as it raises concerns about trustworthiness.
I wanted to upgrade the earrings I wear daily so I bought what are supposed to be high quality earrings made with real gemstones. Unfortunately, they are so cloudy and poorly cut that my $5 earrings are the ones I am keeping in my ear. I would advise that you do not buy from this company. They refused to provide a refund or honor their warranty when I inquired about both of those options. They blamed the poor quality on me saying I must have mishandled it. I will not be buying from them again. Editing to add that I reached out Mejuri immediately after they replied to this comment and they have completely ignored my email (it’s been 2 months). I was truly hopeful they were going to try to repair the situation but it appears they still don’t care about their customers.
