If I could give a lower rating, I would. This is a fraudulent company; steer clear at all costs. Thankfully, my bank prevented the charge, but the payment had already gone through. They are taking further action. This company needs to be shut down and operates from a questionable location.
This is a total scam; they pretend to be a charming couple selling from a reputable location, but it's actually a low-quality operation from a distant region. The product is not even faux leather—just terrible plastic. I plan to report them to the appropriate authorities; they should not be allowed to advertise such poor-quality items.
The bags were advertised as leather and were cheap plastic. Over priced for what they were even with special deals. The company used AI to create a fictional couple, saying they were retiring from making handbags ,therefore selling the stock of cheap. I thought it was a British company, but it is based in China. I managed to get my money back from PayPal as the products had not arrived.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS CHEAP TAT.
I tried to cancel my order 2 hrs after placing and was first asked why then told cannot cancel as already processed. Order arrived 3 wks later and none of the items were leather. Cheap plastic, AVOID THIS COMPANY AS NOT GENUINE. WASTE OF MONEY.
