Review Time
I bought a watercooled PC back in December of '23, got it shipped, everything was great until I had to format the PC almost a year later. The lighting went haywire and everything just went downhill from there. The tech support guys are super nice, I tried some instructions and we even got on a call to read logs because the PC kept rebooting when I tried doing anything that used the video card. Unfortunately nothing showed in the logs. I was hoping to just send it in, but I just gave up on it. Both the SDDs have gone out, but now the warranty is over so I have a $6,000 super heavy paperweight. I just simply built another PC and am using that. It is fan cooled, I've learned my lesson about watercooled, its a lot of work to maintain, not worth it IMO. That has nothing to do with Meta, I'm just saying watercooled isn't worth the extra money.
The computer I purchased keeps freezing up and I have to re-boot. This happens several times a day.1 week later...I must admit, that it's not so much the problem with the computer, but the follow-up service afterward that makes the difference. Which has been excellent-plus! It is hard for me to think of a time or company that can compete with their customer service!They have definitely captured my business and word of mouth. I change this review to 6 stars!!

I bought a MADDOX V4 as a new tower this month. The PC arrived in perfect condition as well as being all set to go! It runs great and looks amazing. I base this review on my owning a PC from this company and not on personal feelings. EX-I won't fault them for things their sponsors may or may not think. That is unprofessional. The PC was a bit expensive but worth it to me!
These guys were extremely professional, worked super fast, and helped me get my computer back and running so fast at a very affordable price. They totally could have took advantage of my wallet with me not knowing anything about computers, but they helped me more than they know! I explained to them I’m a nursing student and use my computer for all my school work and they took care of me! Great group!
High quality hardware, knowledgeable staff, and a smooth expedient delivery. I've been in IT for a very long time and have acquired a lot of hardware through the years. This was my best experience, and I hope to repeat it on my next software purchase.
