I paid €240 for a Certificate of Conformity (Order #18040) specifically because of their advertised delivery dates. I am moving back to Portugal and need this for the "alfândega" to get an ISV tax exemption. The PDF was promised on 11/02 and the original on 12/02. It is now over a week later, and I have nothing. If this document doesn't arrive in time, I will be forced to pay over €1,000 in taxes that I should be exempt from. Customer service keeps giving me bot responses saying it's "the manufacturer's fault." Very poor service and zero accountability for their own deadlines.

The payment was made 23rd of January...

Unfortunately, the first two delivery attempts were not successful due to courier issues, and I did not receive the document.However, I want to highlight the professionalism of their customer support team. They remained patient, responsive, and committed to resolving the situation. They arranged a third shipment and changed the delivery method to ensure safe collection, and this time I successfully received the original COC.Although the process took longer than expected, the company handled the situation seriously and did not give up until the issue was resolved. At the beginning of the contract

At the beginning of the contract, they say the COC will arrive in a week, so you pay. After paying, they send you the unauthenticated PDF COC, which is practically useless for registration. Now, 21 days have passed since the order and there is no tracking of the shipment of the paper document needed to complete the car registration process. The car has basically been sitting for three weeks, when I saw that normally if you request it directly from the company, which in my case is VW, it takes a week. I have the feeling that once they have collected the money, they don't worry anymore. So please be careful who you trust to obtain this COC. Update in response to COC-ONLINE: I made the purchase with you, I have already sent two reminder emails, the order is number 18791 placed on February 7th, I apologize for having the wrong date, in any case it is still 18 days. I have already chatted with your WhatsApp channel and called your toll-free number. Update ; I have already contacted your official support email and received a reply saying the processing takes time.Now you say you have no record of my order.I have payment confirmation and order confirmation email.Please clarify this contradiction immediately. High level of professionalism

I requested the CoC for my vehicle, but I made a mistake in the email and sent a message via WhatsApp. They responded as quickly as possible and within three days they sent me a copy of the CoC by email. I will receive the original soon. I recommend this service 100%. I will definitely be placing more orders.

Keep in mind the company is located in…

All was fine and I got the certificate, it is valid so all ok BUT - Keep in mind the company is located in Spanish, your CoC will be in Spanish and you will receive after few weeks if you’re located e.g. in Germany. It wasn’t clearly said before I submitted the order
