The QR code did not open the parking app in Nashville downtown location. Then I tried paying for it online however the fee escalated from a $40 parking to $96. I refuse. They sent threating letter to me which I spent over an hour online trying to resolve but they were unresponsive. Even using a Chat was useless. I will never use this incompetant company again and any parking lot that uses this service deserves all the dislike consumers can issue.
