acts and feels like a scam company! 2 orders cancelled but no refund ! Other companies have an auto refund policy when orders cancelled but this company keeps the money and refers you to sameone called Zoe instead! no replies and chat support service close as soon as you challange them!

I typically have reservations about ordering from sites outside my country due to concerns about reaching the seller for refunds if needed. However, in this instance, the payment was secured by an independent system, which eased my worries. The quality of the boards was impressively good; I achieved 1.5mm lines without any breaks, and my IC is functioning perfectly. Given that my IC is 3x3mm, I was apprehensive about the soldering process. Thank you for providing such a valuable service! I can't envision completing my design without you, as doing it at home would be nearly impossible. You can rely on them.

This company has been the worst! They claim a 24-hour production time, which I found to be untrue. They constantly provided strange excuses and often ignored my inquiries. My board was stuck on engineering questions without any clear reason. Beware of the representative who kept sending irrelevant questions for confirmation after the board had already passed their checks. They also frequently notified me about their holidays, which seemed to happen all year round!
EDIT: Everything in this company's response is filled with falsehoods, the same deceptive tactics I initially complained about. It's absurd to think they can continue operating their blatant scams in a country with strict laws against corruption. I've ordered PCBs and 3D prints from them multiple times and regretted it after the second order. They delayed my simple two-sided PCBs due to their own mistakes and kept bombarding me with irrelevant questions. The quality of the 3D prints was terrible, printed at excessive temperatures. Recently, I ordered PCBs for upgrading RAM in an old computer, only to find the design on their site was untested and incomplete. They failed to disclose this, and when I reported it, they just continued to lie. They promised to address my concerns but did nothing, jeopardizing future customers who might face the same issues. This operation shows no regard for its paying customers.
