Review Time
I placed an order 7 Feb and only received one of the two extensions I ordered. The packing slip included in the parcel said the second item was shipped separately which is fine. But nothing ever came and I never received any further emails for the second tracking details/delivery. Their customer service said it was marked as fulfilled on their end but could offer me a store credit or send a replacement. I chose to get the replacement extensions posted. That was 13 March and still nothing. Fair enough if ur fulfilment centre makes mistakes when dispatching orders but at least fix it and don’t leave customers hanging and out of pocket.
I bought a black to white wig online at the beginning of November. They sent me a black to dark grey one which wasn’t appropriate for its use or as described. They told me they were happy to replace it once the new batch arrived in January including honouring sale price if I sent it back. I sent it back paying out of pocket for return shipping. From this point on I never proactively heard from them, never received photos of any new batch, never heard they had received my returned wig (listed as returned with Aus Post tracking months ago). I followed up again but it felt a bit ridiculous so I looked at their reviews and saw all one star etc. So I contacted them to get a refund instead. From then on all long rude emails talking about being belittled and defamed instead of taking accountability for the poor experience.They have expressed they won’t give a refund and will wait for ACCC / bank retrieval.So I have no wig, and no funds. For others in the same situation once it’s clear they won’t be sending you product or refunding you just go straight to complain with ACCC and also lodge a dispute with your bank. The more frequently that happens the more businesses like this actually clean up their act or get closed. EDIT: Thank you for clarifying how you refuse to refund me when you still do not even have an as described version of the product I bought in November. That’s illegal. Your response has been screenshotted to both update both cases and reveal how different your communication style is when you think other people are watching. EDIT 2: My bank successfully retrieved the money based on the evidence given. Yasmin the owner had changed the product page description and returns policy. Use a website called Wayback Machine so you can capture the product description in play when you bought it.
Amazing 5 star silky smooth quality! I bought the 28 inch human hair hair blonde halo, which is extremely hard to source anywhere! I save so much time using just 4 clips instead of the 20 clips that typical clip in extensions have. Total celebrity hair. Yaz (business owner) is absolutely fantastic with communication , re assurance and professionalism. I did research every hair extension business in Australia and I knew I picked the right one . Thank you yaz for the 5 star product and impeccable service delivery. Grateful 🙏🏻
! Don't order from them!!! The wigs never arrived, even though I paid (700$) I was blocked after asking where my order was. I don't know why this online shop still exists. So many bad experiences & reviews…. It's a disgrace.
This is my fourth unit from Milk & Honey! The hair used in their products is so smooth and so silky. I will return to Milk & Honey for wig units time and time again. I’m obsessed! I save my money to order at least once a year if not twice a year lol. It may or not be a problem at this point. Not only are their wig units top quality and beautifully made, but the time they take to make sure your experience opening and receiving your product is above and beyond. They are usually shipped to you in a lovely box lined in satin with a tool or two to apply and a wig cap. When a company takes this kind of care to make sure the experience of receiving their product is as equally luxurious as the product itself, it speaks volumes as to how they value their own product.Sometimes (particularly) if they have a sale, it can take a good few months to receive your human hair wig. If you email them, Yaz, will respond and kindly answer questions. I always get excited and impatient and e-mail about updates and Yaz has been nothing but kind and patient when I shoot an email out.Milk & Honey, I am obsessed and will be back for more. Thank you for bringing my hair dreams true!
I have been diagnosed with alopecia recently and decided I really needed to start looking into a wig. I wanted something from Australia, and after finding reviews for Milk & Honey I opted to buy a wig from here. The need for the wig was becoming incredibly stronger, as my hair has now started to completely drop, I won’t have it for much longer. I contacted the team and Yaz managed to get the order out quicker than usual for my specific situation. I cannot wait to receive this wig, to boost my confidence, and I just cannot thank Yaz enough for being so incredible and helpful for my situation. Customer service is absolutely on point.Thank you so much.
Ordered a wig which was not labeled as a back order. Anyway weeks later they tell me it’s back ordered. Okay no worries, I ask for an approximate time, can’t give one. 3 months go by of me asking for updates and then not giving answers. Sick of it I asked for a refund. They refuse because it’s back order. Even though when I bought it, it was not back ordered. Total rip off and terrrible customer service. Still haven’t received my refund or any update.Update, after having to threaten to take them to consumer protection as they wouldn’t issue a refund. They finally refunded me.
I would highly recommend purchasing from this company! I placed an order in the busiest season hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. I reached out for an update and the lovely Yaz was so efficient and went above and beyond to ensure my wig would arrive just in time - which it did on Christmas eve! The wig is absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy with my experience and the quality of the wig. I will definitely be purchasing from this company in future.
The customer service was absolutely amazing. I just lost all of my hair a week before Christmas due to brain radiation. I ordered a couple of wigs and had a phone call that the ones I had chosen weren’t going to come in time for Christmas and I was sent similar alternatives for options that would arrive by Christmas. They arrived Christmas Eve along with some extra surprises packed into the package. Everything was so quick. Including communication back and forth. I have since ordered again as I was so happy with the first order. I was able to feel confident and enjoy my big Christmas Day celebrations due to the amazing staff and communication from these guys. 100% will keep coming back. The wigs are absolutely beautiful.
