Review Time
The clothes I received were nice. However, half of my order was missing. It has been over a month and I am still trying to get this resolved. Emailing customer service doesn't do anything. The only way I have been able to talk to anyone there is via Facebook messages and that has been less than helpful. The pjs I did receive were not nice enough for the hassle and I am still out over $50 for the missing items.

2 different orders placed WEEKS AGO. First order arrived with the incorrect items. Second order is lost it seems, tracking number “unknown” and “not found.” Reached out to customer service email with no real response. The customer service responded with the tracking number of the second order, completely ignoring the fact that my first order arrived with incorrect items. Not even the same sizes that I need. This was a gift and is embarrassing. Worst company, worst customer service. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes in May 2024 and as of Nov 21st, 2024 I still haven't received part of the order. I got a response offering me a credit then they never issued the credit. There is no phone number to call so I guess I'm eating a $60 pair of boots. I've ordered from them in the past, but never again
