I ordered and received the cutest Snow White dress for my grand-daughter - the material and lining was awesome. A week later I received a second Snow White dress that I did not order nor had I been charged. I reached out to the company and offered to pay for it; I would plan to give it to another grand-daughter. I received an email thanking me for contacting them and said that I could keep the dress at no charge - consider it a gift. Not only is the quality amazing the customer service is excellent!! Thank you Mia Belle Baby!!!
Placed an order on 9/17/24 for two items. I was told items would ship in 14-21 days. It is now 11/2. I have sent 4 emails requesting updates. They shipped one item but still have not gotten back to me on the other. Last request was to just cancel the order. All I hear is crickets! Very poor customer service .
I’ve ordered several items from MiaBelle Girls from outfits both for my toddler girl and me to shoes and I’m very impressed by the quality. I have another order on the way and I can’t wait to put these outfits on my baby girl. I totally recommend the store!

Mia Belle Girls has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop for my daughter! The designs are so unique and trendy—she always gets compliments whenever she wears their outfits. The quality of the clothes is excellent, and the sizing is very accurate, which I really appreciate. The selection is amazing, with so many fun pieces for every season and occasion. I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt and pajamas from Mia Belle Girls in October. It is now 12/17 and I still have not received either item. I was emailed a tracking number at the first of December but it still shows the package is waiting to be shipped. I have emailed the company, and attempted to contact them twice through social media platforms with no response. I have now reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not do business with this company! They will just take your money.
