Have ordered from FP (from Australia) for years. Have recently seen a decline in not only quality but accuracy of product details. Colours are often exaggerated online and deceptive - just received a backpack (supposedly to hold training gear) but it's the size of a small handbag. Who ever is overseeing marketing needs to view the negative feedback on FP lately.

Frustrating support experience...

Frustrating support experience! I received an email offering a gift card for damaged items, but they refused to honor it and even restricted my account. Surprisingly, this led me to find better prices for the same products elsewhere. One item was significantly cheaper at another retailer. I'm grateful for their mistakes that saved me money!

I will never spend money with this company again...

I will never spend money with this company again. I've had several incidents where they messed up my order and then created issues regarding a refund or exchange. For the price I paid, the customer support is incredibly poor. I will take my business elsewhere.

Payment issues on the UK site...

For three days, I tried to check out my cart, but it kept reverting to the US site, preventing me from paying and shipping to a UK address. The customer support team did not answer my question about why this happened. Meanwhile, the items I had selected became unavailable. After explaining my situation and providing a screenshot of the error, I was simply told that items in my cart might not be available at checkout. After three days, I'm disappointed—no one explained the checkout issue or acknowledged my lost items. Their customer service policies are either inadequate or poorly coordinated.

I will not shop here again...

I will not shop here again. They caused problems by canceling one of my holiday gift orders right before the season, which was frustrating. After purchasing an item at a store, I found the theft deterrent still attached when I got home over three hours away. I reached out for help, but they refused to assist and directed me back to the original store. I only sought help for their mistake, yet they insisted I travel back to the store. Their customer service is ineffective.

Quality has declined, new return policy is concerning...

What has happened to this company? Many complaints indicate a significant drop in clothing quality, and nearly all customers have noted the poor service. Now, they've introduced a troubling new policy without notifying customers. Their sale items are now non-returnable, which is problematic since most purchases are made online without trying on. The sizing inconsistencies mean that if you buy an item on sale, you're stuck with it if it doesn't fit or is poorly made. I had been a long-time customer, but recent changes and the quality decline have left me disappointed. Many customers probably missed the final sale notice during checkout.

Avoid giving them your money...

Avoid giving them your money. I ordered an eGift card for a holiday present, but a week later, it still hadn't arrived despite multiple assurances. Other communications about offers seem to go through fine, but not this one. The frustrating part is that there was a sale during the holidays, and now the items my wife wanted have returned to their high prices. This company seems deceptive.

They failed to deliver my item and claimed they had, then refused to replace it or issue a refund. Terrible company, best to avoid.

Gift card issues with no resolution...

I ordered a gift card to be mailed on November 13, but it never reached the recipient. After contacting customer service multiple times and requesting a replacement, I was told it had been redeemed, although it didn’t match the recipient's name, indicating it was stolen. They offered no help for this situation, only advising me to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Ordered but never received my items...

I placed an order on November 26, and by December 20, I still hadn't received it. After contacting them, they promised a replacement but never reshipped. I ordered something else hoping to receive it by Christmas, but it also hasn't shipped. I can't rely on this store for timely shipping, and my continued purchases are my own fault.
