ordered 3 pairs of Christmas pajamas in October. On dec 20 a package arrived wirh 1 pair. No explanation. I contacted mia belle immediately through email- they have no customer service. I have been getting the run around for a month. They say it's my fault, then it was ups fault for losing the package. It is their fault for charging for the 3 pajamas in ordered and only sending 1 pair. I want a refund for $68 for items I did not receive.

Cute clothes, but terrible customer service. I received an item that was damaged. I immediately filed a return and requested a replacement pair. I have sent mutiple emails over the course of a week to check on the status, and never get a response. They have no phone number to call and only redirect you to email them. They never respond to emails.
Worst company ever and they seemed legit, will be calling bank tomorrow to get a provisional credit. Cute clothes but will never know how cute since my order never shipped out. Pretty bad when Shein is better than Mia Belle about getting products to customers. Update: still nothing!! And it’s Christmas Eve!!

The clothes I received were nice. However, half of my order was missing. It has been over a month and I am still trying to get this resolved. Emailing customer service doesn't do anything. The only way I have been able to talk to anyone there is via Facebook messages and that has been less than helpful. The pjs I did receive were not nice enough for the hassle and I am still out over $50 for the missing items.
