What a horrible company with the worst return polices and customer service! I wanted to cancel an outfit that they will not ship to me until May possibly and I was told I'm not allowed to cancel. Another outfit I did receive I found the same exact outfit on temu and I mean the same exact outfit for half the cost I think they buy their clothes from that website. Very very disappointed with my experience with this company I would not recommend that anyone buys anything from them. Beware buyers this company does not make their clothing in the United States. The dress I ordered took over 3 weeks to get and when I received it the carrier delivered it in the alley next to my garage, in all the years I’ve been in my house I’ve never had anyone deliver in my alley. I have a front door. On top of that, the waiting and then the opening, very disappointing. The dress looks like plastic. I will never order from this company again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

They sent me a damaged first communion dress and I quickly replied with a photo and they stated I would have to send it back so they can issue a reimbursement or I could opt for a gift card. I had to order another dress right away since the shipping takes so long and I didn't want to risk it not arriving on time. Now they're trying to give me a gift card rather than a refund. This is not a way to treat a customer. It is not my fault the dress arrived damage! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Customer service is horrible!
