Avoid this seller! I ordered two sweaters, but what I received was completely different from what I expected. The online image showed a thick cotton sweater with a boxy fit, yet I got a shiny, long, skinny polyester version instead. After one wash, it would be unwearable. The quality is even worse than other low-cost retailers. The return process was frustrating, with constant offers for a 20% discount or gift card for future purchases, which I don’t want. The product received does not match the website description. To return it, I have to pay for shipping back to overseas, and if anything is not in perfect condition, including the original packaging, I won’t get a refund. Terrible product and even worse customer support.
The delivery did take some time, but considering I ordered around the holiday season, it was scheduled to arrive on New Year’s Day. I accidentally entered my address wrong, so I contacted the support team via email. They were very responsive and professional. Even though the error was on my part, they were understanding and provided helpful information while addressing my concerns. I'm excited about the fantastic hoodie!
I placed my order on December 2, 2025. The tracking updates I received stopped on December 19, indicating that my local carrier had the item and it was out for delivery. However, the post office has no record of this order, and they haven't received anything. I'm still waiting for a response from anyone. I've emailed the support team twice now. Any update would be appreciated, or I would like to request a refund for the item that I never received.
