I placed an order for a jacket on December 18, 2025, and opted for expedited shipping at a cost of $35.99 because it was meant to be a Christmas gift, with a promise of delivery before the holiday. However, as of December 31, 2025, my order has yet to leave the facility. This situation is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering the expense of expedited shipping and the urgency of the purchase. I've never encountered a delay like this before.
The size label indicates XXL, but when compared to another tee, it fits like a small. The fabric is incredibly thin, reminiscent of a low-quality imitation. The length is too short and the fit is tiny. Overall, it's a subpar women's tee that would be snug on a child. It's frustrating to see such poor quality and sizing, and there's no option to upload a photo to demonstrate the issue.

This company is very disappointing. Despite being a high-end retailer, their customer service is subpar. I ordered two pairs of pants on sale for $139 each, but they looked nothing like the photos. After returning them, I had to wait 14 days for a refund. I also ordered two more pairs on December 2, which still haven’t arrived. The package was stuck in transit for days. My first experience with this company will be my last; I've received better service elsewhere.
The company generates shipping labels with inaccurate weights for parcels. Customers are receiving packages with missing items, yet the company is unwilling to fully accept responsibility. For instance, I ordered several tracksuits, but the tracking shows a weight under a kilogram, which is impossible given the number of items, including heavy tracksuits. It appears they are manipulating parcel contents and labels at their facility. Customers end up blaming the delivery services, but the fault lies with the company!
This company steals your money! I’ve been waiting for a refund for over a month. Their customer service is terrible; representatives are rude and often end chats without resolving issues. If you persist, you realize they keep repeating the same untruths to get you off the line, claiming management is handling it. They confirmed receipt of my return but I haven’t heard back. If you ask to speak to a manager, they say it’s not possible. This company needs serious scrutiny!
