Review Time
They sent me a damaged first communion dress and I quickly replied with a photo and they stated I would have to send it back so they can issue a reimbursement or I could opt for a gift card. I had to order another dress right away since the shipping takes so long and I didn't want to risk it not arriving on time. Now they're trying to give me a gift card rather than a refund. This is not a way to treat a customer. It is not my fault the dress arrived damage! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Customer service is horrible!
If I could give a 0 review I would ..While the dress was beautiful it was too small. I requested to return and it took several days to receive a reply . They did send me a shipping label, I wasn’t able to print . Once I was able to print the return label I shipped it back. Again once they received the merchandise back it took several days for a reply . Once I did receive an email, I was informed the return policy is 14 days, I was not aware of that. They did not inform me when I requested to return . So they informed me I would not receive a return nor credit. They would dispose of the item or would ship back if I sent them a return label. Needless to say I’m out of over 80 dollars, I WILL NEVER purchase another item from this company! So much for customer service!

The hem was uneven and the dress fit too short for my average sized daughters to wear. They claimed we had dry food on it (daughters never wore) and that they didn’t see the sleeve or hem issues and blamed me. I sent an email complaining about the issues before I ever sent it back. They ghosted me and never gave back my money. Quality is horrible. Customer service horrible.
