Review Time
Ordered a cologne on February 7th. Paid expedited delivery fee (delivery within 2-3 business days). Today is Feb 16th: USPS site as of February 13th says "In transit to Next Facility". It's been providing this status for almost a week now. Tried to call customer services (phone number is available), but they do not provide customer service via phone. Emailed twice- no response yet.
Bottom line: if you get your stuff- consider yourself lucky, if ANYTHING goes wrong, you have no way to receive any customer service. So think twice before engaging into any kind of business with this outlet
I ordered three fragrances, but one of them had a much weaker scent and was noticeably different from what I expected, indicating it might have been diluted or not genuine. I reached out to the support team but didn't get a reply. This was my first time ordering, and sadly, I won't be making another purchase.
I purchased two bottles of the same fragrance with identical names and labels, but they are completely different colors. I initially didn't notice, but when I placed them side by side, the difference became clear. One is significantly lighter, more diluted, and barely lasts, while the other is darker, richer, and has a much stronger scent that lasts much longer on my skin. Clearly, dilution is important, and the color tells the story. I've reached out to the service multiple times but have yet to receive any response.
Rec'd confirm email from them with a fragrance I didn't order. Contacted them immediately. Got no response. Contacted them again a few hr later, no response. The pkg didn't ship for another 48 hrs. They had been notified and had time to correct the issue. 15 min. after pkg shipped I got an email saying sorry there was nothing they could do, the package had shipped. Unacceptable. Contacted them again. No response. They are fraudulent.
Don't waste your money. You can buy a regular size bottle of a good brand cologne or perfume from the department store who gives free samples of what you want to try. They are not poured up. You know what your getting. My boyfriend ordered some for both of us. The main one he wanted he didn't receive with no explanation from Microperfume. Some of the samples we got we have never smelled, but the ones we got that usually smell really good that pop, are lacking something. Maybe they're deleted. Not sure but they aren't the same as the bottles you buy from the department store.
I ordered 5 “sample sizes” that I received today. They were GROSSLY overpriced, but that’s my mistake for not verifying size! HOWEVER, I received a new email from them saying ‘today only’, receive 75% off travel size of Mojave Ghost (normally, $26.99, marked down to $6.75); I added it to my cart and attempted to check out. I added the discount code of ‘SAVE75’, as requested; it denied discount, stating that ‘code was valid, just not for item I requested’; IRONICALLY, Mojave Ghost was the ONLY item (according to their email offer), that this discount code could be applied; I will never buy again from this company; they may offer legitimate fragrances, but drastically overpriced compared to their competitors! I DO NOT appreciate the bait and switch tactic of saying they were offering 75% off a particular item, then flashing something on screen saying: ‘after order, you will receive CREDIT of 25%! I am VERY disappointed (after spending over $100 with this company on tiny samples that would be given for FREE in Department Stores! RUN from this company!
I can get samples of mostly any perfume and decide whether I want to purchase it on the site or at my local perfumery. There's usually a sale or discount and the samples along with the travel size sprays and the full retail bottles are of good prices. I always recommend to my lady friends who want to sample a scent from microperfumes.com before purchasing. They can never go wrong. I love them!
My order showed up with the cologne leaked inside the packaging because the lids were not on correct. I contacted the company and sent pictures as they asked but they are refusing to send a refund even though I made another purchase while waiting to hear back from their customer service.
Sent the wrong item. Emailed them a picture showing I was sent the wrong item, I asked for a refund in price difference. Response from micro perfumes was to send a picture SHOWING ALL the labels even though it was just one and all were visible in first picture I sent. They completely ignored my request for a refund, so I sent in two more pictures showing all the labels and again ask for a refund in price difference in what I was charged for a spray bottle and the sample size that was sent, again completely ignored me! Just sent a bottle I didn't even want. Lost a customer.
