The engineer did not have the necessary part when he arrived, as the machine is quite old, but he ordered it immediately and rescheduled an appointment as soon as it would arrive. Machine fixed and working fine. Excellent service

After scheduling, I got a confirmation regarding the time slot. The technician also called to inform me of a delay. I spoke with the technician who explained the issue and assured me he would reach out if anything changed. The technician resolved the problem effectively.
