I ordered 4 fragrances (Vanilla Glaze, That Girl, Morning Rain, and Mist Flora)and received one additional fragrance (Mango Hour)for free, and a free atomizer. ($65 value of free products) When I received the products, all smell beautiful, and I can not wait to use each one.
Unfortunately one of my fragrances (Mist Flora) arrived damaged, however upon reaching out to Oakcha’s customer service, I was able to get help with a replacement within MINUTES of opening my package. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, dispute the damaged product. Accidents happen and the resolution was seamless. :)

My experience with Oakcha hasn't always been smooth but Brian and others have gone above and beyond to make me feel like my experience with Oakcha matters to them.
The fragrances that I have purchased have exceeded my expectations. I bought a scent that was inspired by a fragrance by Clive Christian that reportedly retails for several hundred thousand dollars. I just had to know. It was that kind of fragrance. I could see some royal walking around a cocktail party wearing it with their nose in the air. A little soft for my preference. The fragrance that I purchased with it, English Royale was a smash. A projection beast. Exactly what I look for in a signature scent. It was inspired by a fragrance by my favorite perfumer, Roja Dove. An Oakcha original, Ironleaf has some sort of olfactory magic. I mixed it with English Royale and created my new signature scent. All of the Oakcha Oud collection smell different and are worth the investment.

This is an excellent product with impressive longevity for most fragrances. The customer service was outstanding after I explained my reason for wanting an exchange. Ordering fragrances can be tricky when you're unsure of what you'll receive, but the company simplifies this with their "inspired by" descriptions and detailed explanations of the top, middle, and bottom notes for each fragrance. I've purchased seven bottles, and only two didn't meet my expectations, but the company resolved it by offering me an exchange for something new. I only had to cover the return shipping, and they compensated with free shipping on the replacement. I'll definitely return for more!
I adore these perfumes; they have a wonderful scent and impressive longevity…they’re truly the only fragrances that stay on me. An additional highlight is their outstanding customer support. I've encountered very few issues (just 2 after over 30 orders), but when something arises, they respond swiftly and always ensure a favorable resolution without any need for disputes. You can trust this company completely!
