Totally Useless

By far the most incompetent organisation I have had the misfortune to deal with. They can't get the basics right. This is the second time they have brought the wrong size toilet. They sent operatives to my house without letting me know they're coming. This company should be closed down; it's unparalleled incompetence at every level of the organisation.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Last had contact with them in November following pointing out here how poor they were. Try ringing their number and options - you go round in circles. They are non responsive to complaints. Promised action but they do not deliver. The NHS should drop them.

Currently not a good Company to supply products to. Lack of any attempt at communicating with us despite trying to contact them numerous times and in numerous ways. Very bad out of hours service My dad bed broke over the Xmas Bank…

My dad bed broke over the Xmas Bank Holidays as they had a out of hours number was on the call for 2 and a half hour hold listening to music but no answer my dad with severe health condition had to sleep in a chairVery disappointed and upsetting services

Andy is fantastic clean friendly guy.

I had Andy come to change my bathroom to a wet room and honestly he is absolutely fantastic. Kept me in the know with everything that was going on his work is impeccable 👌. Friendly guy tidy worker, goes the extra mile. He has given me a beautiful wet room. I couldn't be happier with his work and his whole attitude through this process. Thanks Andy 5* all the way.

Would leave 0 stars if I could!

If there was 0 stars I would leave none. A company of liars and con artists. Ripped out our bathroom and left. Have been trying for 6 weeks to get them to return and complete the job.Have regularly been lied to about timescales. Have been tricked into waiting until people are on annual leave before calling back.Nobody has a clue what is going on. Regularly hung up on. Their head office doesn't seem to accept calls as the line just cuts when they answer.I would not go anywhere near this company.

could be worse Millbrook's was never as bad as the company that took over AJM ............................................................................... never have i known such appalling company allowed to be a NHS Supplier .just read the other reviews on here .. now minewife severely disabled (Housebound) OT ordered new wheelchair via a zoom call to Millbrook's who were the council suppliers in February when this started.its now December and AJM have taken over the contract for many months.and NO WHEELCHAIR STILL.After calling them they insist my wife isn't housebound and has to go to them to collect the wheelchair.. this cant and wont happen .they speak down to the customer and blatantly lie .. i have tried every avenue open to me regarding this but so far no one has helped me..no speaking to my local MP . and newspaper...,
