Without doubt the most inefficient

Without doubt the most inefficient, uncaring company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with who's staff are rude and unhelpful. I've been waiting for 4 weeks for them to collect to collect a large piece of disabled equipment for my wife that takes a large amount of space in the house. Extremely difficult to contact and when I eventually managed i was given a date for collection but they didn't arrive and the second appointment for today again they haven't turned up. If you value your sanity then avoid this company like the plague.

Need more people answering the phone

Trying to get through on the phone....took 40 minutes to move 4 places in the queue.It's terrible service, it never used to be like this...I dread having to contact them.

Only giving one star as can’t give -5 - they delivered a mattress to my house for my son and had to replace the bed rail, as the bedroom is so small I had to move the wardrobe to the side so he could get to the bed rail, he took it out and replaced it but put it back in differently and I couldn’t get the wardrobe back in after he left. I called him back to ask him what he had done differently he said he’d done it correctly and I said he had not, I had two lady carers with me who witnessed everything, he told me to “F OFF” got in his truck and drove away. All three of us had to turn the bed on its side to get the wardrobe back into the room to be able to get my son back into his bed which was not an easy task. I did phone Millbrook and was put through to a very rude woman who told me she was in charge of the drivers I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t let me. I’ve called back since and they’ve given me the email address for the office down here to email not for the head office which I find odd and when I asked for a managers name who I’d be emailing the secretary put the phone down on me.

waiting fo char to help with showering paid for by nhs cant deliver for 3 weeks have not had a shower fo six weeks rely crap service done use them

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted. Mother told to unplug device as BT phone line down and box kept her awake all night telling her to check phone line! Crawled out of sick bed and travelled to mother's as she's unable to reach box let alone plugs. Unplugged it only to find it must have a back up battery. Don't these ppl know anything.

Consistently incompetent with no concept of customer service

The most incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune to come across. The delivery of essential equipment requested by the NHS when my terminally ill wife was allowed home was shambolic. Four times out of five they failed to turn up even though their delivery window was 8.00am - 11.00pm. They did not even have the courtesy to call to say they would not deliver as promised. Because of their previous delivery failures, on the fourth occasion they ‘guaranteed’ delivery. Guess what? Now my wife is on end of life care in hospital I tried without success to get Millbrook to collect the equipment they did deliver. They have been unhelpful, unreasonable, uncaring, callous, off-hand and display no concern whatsoever for the additional stress they cause people going through the worst time of their lives. The NHS manager who appointed this company should be held to account and the Millbrook management should be ashamed.

Brother has been waiting 6 months for…

Brother has been waiting 6 months for new battery for his electric wheelchair as this is his only transport to get round in.Told they were coming on a certain date and didn't turn up, he phoned them and has been told another date. They take to long to answer phones and when they do they put you on hold for god knows how long you have to wait for. Worst company ever for people with disabilities. Plus there is know one to phone on weekends for call outs.
