You received the parcel on 22.01 and until 03.02 you simply ignored me — you didn’t write back and didn’t issue a refund. Thank you very much for deciding to return the money only after my review.At first, you wrote to me that you work too fast and therefore ship orders within a couple of hours after receiving them (even though I wrote to you immediately asking to please cancel, as it was a mistake). But no — you ignored two emails and shipped it anyway. Okay, thanks, lesson learned: I paid for shipping from Denmark to Germany, for the tax, and for the return shipping (two shipments).But now you write under the review that you “can’t work that fast” in order to refund me? Disgusting service, business, and overall experience of communication and receiving the product. The product itself is waste of money, with zero effectiveness.
