Review Time
The website is great and the clothes are so incredibly cute. I did not notice shipping options. If they were available, that were not easy to find or I was nit navigated clearly to them. I really need my items delivered within a week and I am concerned because the order confirmation says 3-8 days to even ship. If during the order process I had been given an estimated delivery date, I likely would not have made the purchase, but now I spent $900 on clothes that may not arrive in time for a baby shower I am hosting.
It has been 2 months and what i bought my niece hasn't been delivered. The tracking site will either saying in transit or delivery will be delayed. Everytime i email them they say to be patient and wait a couple more days. I've given them deadline of tomorrow to deliver by or I will be call my credit card company to process a refund a mark them as a fraud site
It was a fairly easy process. I just wish you had more payment plans in place. I ended up using my PayPal and did the Payment Plan that way. But overall, super cute clothes, easy to browse, and you have a ton of sizing options and unique items.
My order took four weeks to arrive, despite the website stating a shipping time of 3-5 days. The most frustrating aspect was the customer service; it was nearly impossible to get any updates on my order, and I went several days without a response. I was promised a 20% discount for my troubles, but after following up three weeks later, I only received a 10% discount. This experience feels like a scam. I advise purchasing from another seller. Update: Even after their response, I still haven't received the promised 20% discount. The quality isn't worth the hassle for a few dollars saved.
Honestly, if there were a way to give 0 stars, I would choose that. The products are made from low-quality fabric, and there's no label indicating the materials used. We ordered 9 items but only received 4. I requested a refund for the 5 missing items, but they denied my request and only agreed to refund 50% of the total amount, which is less than the value of the missing items.
Claims to ship in 3-5 days, but mine took 17 days to even ship. Now, I'm 18 days after placing my order and still nothing has arrived. The support team was completely unresponsive. The quality doesn’t justify dealing with such a poorly managed service. I would recommend steering clear.

The advertising is quite deceptive, as the mum and bub set has to be ordered individually. Shipping is extremely slow, originating from a distant location, and the quality is subpar. I cannot recommend this seller.
Came across your line on FB. I would have loved the outfit more if it wasn’t in blk lettering for a baby. I did go with the blk headband to tie the outfit together more. This little girl is being born into a big hockey family, so it will good! If it was Chicago Blackhawk colors that would have been perfect!
Steer clear! I'm starting to feel like this service has scammed us. My partner placed a significant order that was supposed to arrive over a week ago, but only one item has shown up so far. The company hasn't responded to our latest emails, leaving us uncertain about the status of our order. Maybe we’ll get a response here? Disappointing customer service.
