Very Disappointing Experience
I purchased Lee Cooper black jeans from Centerpoint at BurJuman Mall on January 13 for AED 100.
After just one wash, the color faded badly. Almost two buckets of black color came out, and the jeans is no longer pure black. This is completely unacceptable for a branded product.
When I visited the store to request an exchange, the staff refused to help. The store manager and a salesman named Nuhman showed very poor customer service and did not offer any proper solution.
I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the service. This experience has affected my trust in this store. I expected much better from a well-known brand.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves product quality and customer support.

I do not recommend this store for tourists. The tax-free process simply does not work properly.I was told to come back the next day, even though I was staying on the other side of Dubai. I returned the following day and it still didn’t work. Then the staff told me to go down to the LG floor and use the Planet tax-free machine myself. I explained that it was impossible without a boarding pass, but they insisted it would work.I walked all the way through the mall to reach the machine, and of course, it asked for a boarding pass. I went back upstairs to explain, and they then said I could do it at the airport. This is incorrect — the store is supposed to declare the purchase and provide the tax-free number.I even called in the following days to ask if it could be processed at another store, and they said it was not possible.Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this store to foreign visitors.
I wish as much as you'll promote your instgram, you'll would work on delivery or products and making sure the customer is not suffering. More than a week, and what was suppose to be delivered in a day is still not delivered as the delivery driver refused to deliver it to the address. Everyday customer care only says sorry. This has been escalated and we have been looking into it. Everyday I get a sorry we have escalated email. It was a special gift and now everything has been ruined.
Worst Customer Service Ever – Do Not RecommendThis is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. There has been no follow-up at all, and my products were never received. When I called to report this, they falsely claimed the products were delivered, which is completely untrue.Even after speaking directly with a supervisor, there was zero help, zero accountability, and no solution. They refuse to investigate properly and are not returning my money.Terrible customer service, terrible shipping process, and completely unprofessional handling of customers. Once they take your money, they don’t care anymore.Very bad customer service. Very bad shipping.
