Regret Not Reading the Reviews First!

I regret not reading the reviews beforehand! I placed an order on November 8th, and after two weeks, I reached out for an update, only to be told it was being prepared for shipment. Another week passed with no updates. I requested to cancel the order since it wouldn't arrive in time for my needs. They offered reduced shipping, which I declined. After a few more weeks, I insisted on canceling again and demanded a full refund. A week ago, I was informed that I would receive the refund within seven business days. On December 3rd, I followed up about my refund, only to be told they had shipped my item that day! I'm extremely frustrated, and communicating with them has been unhelpful as they seem to misunderstand my concerns. I asked why I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email, and they sent me a tracking number via messaging, but surprise, there's no information available. I contacted my credit card company to file a complaint regarding the charge. This situation is absurd, and they appear indifferent. Avoid ordering from this service; you will likely be disappointed.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Promises Fast Shipping But Fails Miserably

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They claim to provide quick shipping, promising delivery within a week. When I reached out as my deadline approached, they assured me they would prioritize my order for prompt shipping, estimating a 2-7 day timeframe. After waiting the 2-7 days, I contacted them again. While they respond quickly, they never resolve the issue. They informed me that my items hadn't shipped but would notify the warehouse to expedite the process. By this point, three weeks had passed, and I had already paid for my items, which still hadn't shipped. I requested a cancellation and a refund, as the items wouldn't arrive in time. Initially, they refused to refund me but promised to cancel the order. I asked for confirmation of the cancellation and refund, but they declined to provide any proof. They mentioned that processing refunds takes time. I experienced endless back and forth just trying to finalize this situation. Be cautious! They are not trustworthy! In the end, I had to dispute the charges with my bank. I still haven't received my money back or the items. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They promise quick shipping but fail to deliver. After a week, I inquired about my order and they assured me it would ship soon. Days went by without updates, and despite their fast response, they never resolved my issue. My items hadn’t shipped after three weeks, and when I requested a refund, they initially refused but said they would cancel the order. They wouldn’t provide proof of cancellation and claimed refunds are a lengthy process. The back-and-forth was exhausting. I had to dispute the charges with my bank, and I still haven’t received my money or the items. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I’m dealing with this illegitimate company and believe we should unite to report them and investigate their dubious practices. The worst return experience ever

I've never encountered such a negative experience with returns. I’ve been trying to get a refund for months, having to spend $50 to return a dress that cost $200. I've sent countless emails for updates, only to hear they never received the dress or that it’s in their return department. They clearly had no intention of refunding me. This has been an enormous waste of my time and money. PLEASE, do not engage with this unprofessional company!

Do not purchase anything from this company. They are running a scam, sending poor-quality products and offering minimal refunds. If you insist on returning, they provide a random address in a foreign country without guaranteeing your refund. This company is fraudulent—do not trust them.

Three weeks for poor quality items

It took three weeks to receive my order, and it was the worst fitting and lowest quality. When I contacted them, they insisted I pay to return it to another country. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY; they do not stand by their products and are very difficult to deal with.
