Has been over 4 months since I ordered. Has been in NZ for over a month now without any sign of being delivered to me yet. Incredibly disappointing. order number 3218S282162) If you feel like doing anything about this shit delivery service
Ordered this item at a pretty good price and received it after two weeks. Packaging was decent enough to prevent any damage during transit. Quality feels solid and comfortable; it functions well just as described. Im fairly satisfied with this purchase.
Drivecarjoy, what a scam!!Two months to get items! I paid for shipping at time of order plus additional fee for expedited shipping. Two months later USPS leaves a slip in my mailbox to pickup order at Post Office with $25.20 due for shipping. The used a fraudulent shipping label that was used 2 months earlier to ship an item to someone else!No way to get resolution, they simply rip you off big time!They also charged more on my cc that my actual order was for, an additional $40!RUN!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!The persons return address name on shipping label was a Tara Polk Sturdivant 902 Lois AveSunnyvale CA 94087Not DRIVECARJOY!
I've had a very disappointing experience with DriveCarJoy.com.Their customer support is severely lacking, making it difficult to get any help or resolve issues. Additionally, the quality of their products feels more like cheap toys than reliable car accessories. I expected much better quality for the price I paid. It’s frustrating and I would not recommend this company.
